Most people today are so preoccupied and stressed out with their day-to-day problems that their relationships, health, mental state, happiness, and more are adversely affected as a result.
The reason I know this is because I used to be one of those people. Several years ago I had reached my breaking point. The pressure of just graduating college and having no idea what I wanted to do with my life was really getting to me.
